We're a dynamic e-commerce company looking for a skilled CRM Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our CRM team, you'll play a crucial role in driving repeat and customer lifetime value for our 7+ million customers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6 CRM specialists to execute on promotional planning, increasing customer repeat, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the CRM Tech team on tool migration and process alignment.
- Develop operational processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Own quarterly forecasting and monitor ongoing performance.
- Define key channel and customer KPIs for reporting and own weekly/monthly performance reporting.
- Grow and protect the mailable base, nurturing growth for the channel and customers.
- Own deliverability monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
- 6+ years of CRM experience in e-commerce.
- Solid people management experience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Commercial acumen and performance-driven mindset.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple projects across departments.
- Experience with premium CRM tools like Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, or Hubspot.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
