We are Storio Group, a dynamic e-commerce company seeking a skilled CRM Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a crucial role in driving repeat and customer lifetime value for our 7+ million customers across Europe.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned CRM professional with people and project management experience to lead our CRM team. As our CRM Operations Lead, you will be responsible for executing on the CRM promotional calendar, collaborating with your peers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 6 CRM specialists to execute on promotional planning for newsletters and increase customer repeat, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Closely collaborate with the CRM Tech team on CRM tool migration and process alignment.
  • Lay foundations of operational processes to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Own quarterly forecasting and monitor ongoing performance throughout the quarter.
  • Define main channel and customer KPIs to report on and own weekly and monthly performance reporting.
  • Grow, protect, and develop the mailable base to nurture growth for the channel and customers.
  • Own deliverability monitoring and reporting.
  • Closely collaborate on high-impact projects with internal and external departments.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in CRM in an e-commerce environment.
  • Solid people management experience.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Commercial eye and performance-driven.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management skills, effectively managing multiple projects across departments.
  • Experience in a widely used premium CRM tool, such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, or Hubspot.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
