About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our EU Service Campaign Management team. As the Head of EU Service Campaign Management, you will be responsible for steering and managing the Company's European service campaigns at customer sites in coordination with Service Sales and the technical Service delivery team across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning and Order Management: Develop and implement effective campaign planning and order management strategies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 2 coordinators and 15 functional reports across the European matrix organization, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and meet customer requirements.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and report suitable KPIs to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Culture Development: Foster a collaborative team culture across multiple locations and boundaries.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent with relevant professional experience.
  • Certification: Certification in PMP Project Management Professional or similar.
  • Experience: Proven experience in leading European teams across multiple locations, with a strong understanding of multicultural environments.
  • Technical Skills: Technical understanding and experience in the service of electronic measurement technology.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, strategic vision, and ability to think structurally and communicate to different target groups.
