Your Role at Rocket Code:

We are on the lookout for a skilled, innovative, and passionate Presales Engineer to enhance our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. Your strong technical acumen, leadership qualities, and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively will be vital in demonstrating the value and capabilities of our AI offerings.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored AI solutions and proposals.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and advantages of our AI products.
  • Generate and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures and implementation strategies.
  • Work alongside the product development team to relay valuable field insights and feedback to enhance product offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in AI technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
  • Assist in the preparation and response to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFIs (Request for Information).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a presales engineering or similar technical sales position.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong technical foundation and understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience in creating and delivering impactful product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to assist the sales team in closing deals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to devise innovative solutions.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry events.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
