About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at DNV Germany Holding GmbH. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial function in our company's evolution and growth, defining and driving the product's wind vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategy and Customer Needs: Define strategy and discover customer needs and problems that can be solved through our products.
  2. Product Backlog and Roadmap: Understand and add value for our different types of customers by creating a product backlog that reflects the overall product strategy and long-term roadmap.
  3. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Be the face of the product and the trusted partner of the user, communicating results both to internal and external stakeholders and users.
  4. Product Adoption and Realization: Focus on the product's adoption and the successful realization of product features that solve customers' problems.
  5. Information Analysis: Balance and analyze multiple sources of information.
  6. Feature Ownership: Own key features from discovery to release and usage.
About the Team

You will join our Product Team, where you'll help shape strategy and drive product evolution. With a focus on enhancing user experience, we design new features while meeting the specific needs of renewable energy portfolio owners and operators.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or another relevant field.
  • Experience: +5 years of experience in wind asset management in the renewable energy industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record in operations, maintenance, performance analysis, and/or monitoring of wind assets, knowledge of business and performance metrics definition and usage, excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agile Product Management: At least 3 years of experience working as an Agile Product Manager in a SaaS product company.
  • Digital Wind Asset Performance Management: Knowledge in digital wind asset performance management tools.
  • Agile Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.
  • Agile Certifications: Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master certification.
