About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team at Zurich Insurance. As a key member of our Treasury function, you will be responsible for the smooth, controlled, and efficient execution of operations functions within the Treasury department.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver confirmations via SWIFT or electronic platforms
- ISDA confirmations for derivative transactions
- Transaction settlement
- Transaction maintenance
- SWIFT payment execution
- Collateral Management (Variation and Initial Margin)
- Cash Reconciliations
- Adhoc Payment processing
- Monitoring and settlement of the Group cash pools
- Position Reconciliations
- Derivative Portfolio Reconciliation
- Static data maintenance
- Regulatory compliance under different regimes (EU-EMIR, UK-EMIR, CFTC and FinfraG)
Requirements
- Experience with treasury and derivative products and related processes
- Understanding of ISDA & CSA agreements and documentation
- Understanding of electronic derivative confirmation matching & portfolio reconciliations processes
- Experience of working internationally across different cultures with cross-functional teams
- At least 3 years work experience in a financial services organization or treasury/risk function within a multinational corporation
- Demonstrated contribution to large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects
Knowledge and Skills
- Extensive understanding of financial services industry and associated functions
- Detailed understanding and practical experience of specialized financial products, including derivatives
- Understanding of relevant regulatory regimes
