Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a skilled Back-end Developer to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in back-end engineering and data engineering. This role involves working as a dedicated back-end developer within a product team, contributing to a widely utilized solution built on Dataland. The position focuses on leveraging unstructured data, such as medical information, while applying advanced techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML), alongside state-of-the-art data technologies. The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic SCRUM team, embracing a DevOps methodology, with responsibilities that include not only maintaining but also enhancing the product and potentially developing new modules or extensions.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in back-end engineering.
  • At least 2 years in data engineering.
  • Proficiency in REST APIs using Python (preferably FastAPI).
  • Familiarity with search engines such as ElasticSearch, OpenSearch, or Lucene.
  • Experience with Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of AWS.
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Experience with ETL processes.
  • Proficient in Git / Bitbucket.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins.
  • Experience working in a Scrum environment.
