About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through relaxing and cosmetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience:
    • Deliver high-quality treatments, including body and facial treatments, exfoliations, and other relaxation techniques, following established protocols and techniques.
    • Clearly communicate treatment details and product information to clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Maintain a clean and well-stocked treatment area, promptly reporting any shortages or low stock.
    • Coordinate effectively with partner therapists to ensure a consistent and enjoyable experience for clients.
  • Workplace:
    • Ensure the treatment area is clean and ready for customer experiences, adhering to company protocols.
    • Supervise facility sanitation, product maintenance, and cleaning between treatments.
    • Monitor and maintain environmental conditions, ensuring they meet protocol standards for noise, temperature, and humidity.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • A valid Massage Therapist course or certification.
  • Fluent in English, with Danish language skills a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with people.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
