About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Aire Ancient Baths Copenhagen. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through relaxing and cosmetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience:
    • Deliver high-quality treatments, including body and facial treatments, and exfoliations, following established protocols and techniques.
    • Clearly communicate treatment details and product information to clients, adhering to our provided manual and protocols.
    • Maintain an ample supply of necessary products for customer experiences, promptly reporting any shortages or low stock.
    • Coordinate effectively with partner therapists to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Workplace:
    • Ensure work areas are clean and ready for customer experiences, adhering to company protocols.
    • Supervise facility sanitation, product maintenance, and cleaning between treatments.
    • Ensure environmental conditions meet protocol standards for noise, temperature, and humidity.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • A valid Massage Therapist course or certification.
  • Fluent in English, with Danish language skills a plus.
  • Excellent customer focus and ability to connect with people.
  • Flexible schedule to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
