About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our relaxing and cosmetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience:
    • Deliver high-quality treatments, including body and facial treatments and exfoliations, following our established protocols and techniques.
    • Clearly communicate treatment details and product information to clients, adhering to our provided manual and protocols.
    • Maintain a well-stocked supply of necessary products for customer experiences, promptly reporting any shortages or low stock.
    • Ensure consistency in couples' treatments and coordinate effectively with partner therapists for a seamless experience.
  • Workplace:
    • Maintain clean and organized work areas, adhering to company protocols.
    • Supervise facility sanitation, product maintenance, and cleaning between treatments.
    • Ensure environmental conditions meet protocol standards for noise, temperature, and humidity.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • A valid Massage Therapist course or certification.
  • Fluent in English, and proficiency in Danish is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with people.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
