About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Lead to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for representing the needs of our global Field Inventory Management (FIM) community, working closely with the Product Owner to identify business requirements and develop product features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Identification: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop user stories.
  • Product Development: Work with the Product Owner to develop and validate product features and design, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Test Script Execution: Execute test scripts for Salesforce and integration releases during informal and formal user acceptance testing.
  • Communication: Communicate product updates to business stakeholders through various channels, including demos, release notes, training documentation/videos, and user guides.
  • End-User Support: Provide end-user support and escalate/manage unresolved issues, working with other teams as necessary.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate train-the-trainer and end-user training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Process Improvement: Resolve issues related to business use of implemented systems or processes, working with systems or process owners and project teams to find acceptable solutions.
  • Agile Methodologies: Incorporate Agile, Lean, and User-Centered Design methodologies to execute on product development, implementation, and operations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create reports and dashboards in SFDC to show adoption, trends, etc., when applicable.
  • Team Collaboration: Support team meetings and help plan and facilitate stakeholder and end-user meetings/workshops.
  • Professional Development: Stay current on new features, functionality, and application capabilities of Salesforce.com to address business requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Business, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: Salesforce.com experience, experience with agile framework, and strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Outgoing and willing to interact with business, technical, and user stakeholders frequently, collaborative and flexible working with a diverse team, and strong data analysis skills.
