Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-level solutions to support business programs and project teams.
- Provide expert advice and counsel to business management and IT project teams on complex systems and solutions.
- Lead the adaptation and maintenance of application systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and execute business-oriented programs.
- Provide Level 3 support for solutions in run mode, working closely with Solution Analysts.
- Review and evaluate RFI's and RFP's to ensure compliance with Sibelco's principles and criteria.
Requirements
- Master's degree in IT or equivalent through experience.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Sibelco's systems and processes, including ERP (SAP), HR solution (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), production reporting tool (MES), planning tool (OMP+), financial consolidation (Tagetik), and BI (PowerBI, Azure BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
