**Job Summary**

Bunge Iberica Sa is seeking a highly skilled Quality and Food Safety Manager, Value Chains (E&A) to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our commodities traded or processed in Bunge plants comply with Bunge Quality, Food and Feed Safety requirements and relevant regional or local regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support all value chains, including destination soybean, soft seeds, grains in Europe and Asia, to ensure quality and product safety and regulatory requirements are incorporated into commodity contracts based on present or emerging risks and regulations.
  • Communicate risk assessment changes to commercial, trade execution, QFS, and relevant teams to guide them on required minimum analysis for commodities to ensure visualization of issues, opportunities, and actions in a proactive way.
  • Lead indirectly a team of 4 people in 4 locations, working with cross-functional teams in Europe, Asia, and other origin teams globally.
  • Develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems, influence, mentor, and coach others to achieve quality and food safety excellence.
  • Build partnerships, influence, and gain commitment by being collaborative and engaging.
  • Drive results through high standards, focus on key priorities, and organization.
  • Strong strategic orientation and operationally knowledgeable.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication skills to promote awareness and understanding of quality and safety standards.
  • High reliability and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and respond appropriately to incidents.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and energized by working with multiple countries and nationalities.
