Overview

The Corporate Masters Program Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing the execution and daily operations of projects associated with IE's Corporate Masters. This position serves as the primary liaison among students, faculty, and various departments within IE, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and program elements. The coordinator is responsible for managing communication channels, implementing institutional policies, and facilitating logistics to deliver an exceptional Corporate Masters experience for corporate students.

Reporting directly to the Directors of Corporate Masters, this role may also involve supervising the work of other Corporate Programs Assistants as necessary. The coordinator will engage with faculty, students, and various IE departments, as well as external partners essential for program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement:

  • Provide daily support to corporate students by addressing concerns, offering guidance, and delivering assistance with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Collaborate with class representatives to enhance the student experience.
  • Assist corporate students encountering academic challenges or other program-related issues.
  • Manage all forms of communication with corporate students, including regular updates, presentations, and information sessions.
  • Utilize feedback from corporate students to identify opportunities for enhancing their experience at IE.

Faculty and Department Collaboration:

  • Communicate with faculty regarding specific situations involving corporate students, solicit feedback, and ensure timely submission of academic materials.
  • Work alongside various IE departments, such as Admissions, Marketing, and Student Services, to foster a positive student experience.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the operational management of the Corporate Masters program.
  • Handle administrative tasks to ensure efficient departmental operations, including invoicing and travel arrangements.
  • Support faculty and participants throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Aid program managers with sales-related activities and represent IE at promotional events.
  • Participate in onboarding processes and maintain daily interactions with participants and faculty.
  • Take charge of organizing events and managing specific program components and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A Master's Degree is preferred; a Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with substantial professional experience in both languages.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is required.
  • International experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent customer management abilities, resilience under pressure, and a high degree of accountability.
  • Experience in environments with multiple stakeholders and strong communication skills are crucial.
  • Background in global management education or experience with business schools is advantageous.
  • Candidates must possess a valid EU work permit.
