About the Role
Solvay's OT Cybersecurity team is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist - Manufacturing to join our team. As an OT Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our manufacturing environments by identifying weaknesses in OT systems and pinpointing vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments to identify weaknesses in OT systems and pinpoint vulnerabilities.
- Conduct or coordinate security evaluations and penetration tests.
- Support sites to comply with cyber OT standards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop OT standards and procedures in line with overall Solvay Policies.
- Design and support the implementation of secure OT system architectures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant education degree or equivalent in cybersecurity or a related field, as well as relevant work experience in industrial automation domains and industrial control systems (DCS, SCADA, PLC) and cybersecurity in OT environments.
Requirements
- Knowledge of network and host security technologies and products.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or IEC 62443.
- Strong technical skills in cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability management.
- Teamworking.
- Willingness to train and mentor other team members.
- Effective communication skills and strong customer orientation.
