Cyber Security Specialist

Solvay is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our OT Cybersecurity team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our OT assets within manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct risk assessments to identify weaknesses in OT systems and pinpoint vulnerabilities.
- Conduct or coordinate security evaluations and penetration tests.
- Support sites to comply with cyber OT standards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop OT standards and procedures in line with overall Solvay Policies.
- Design and support the implementation of secure OT system architectures.
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in cybersecurity or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in industrial automation domains and industrial control systems (DCS, SCADA, PLC) and cybersecurity in OT environments.
- Competencies: Knowledge of network and host security technologies and products.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or IEC 62443.
- Strong technical skills in cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability management.
