About the role

Our OT Cybersecurity team, composed of cybersecurity specialists, is integrated into the IT department and focuses on safeguarding OT assets within manufacturing environments in collaboration with Site OT engineers, IT cyber, IT MES, and the CISO organization. As an OT Cybersecurity Specialist, you will work on risk assessment, vulnerability management, and security architecture to support our manufacturing sites. You will get the opportunity to contribute to enhancing our cybersecurity posture and have a positive impact on the overall security of our OT systems.

You will be accountable for:

Conducting risk assessments to identify weaknesses in OT systems and pinpoint vulnerabilities.

Conducting or coordinating security evaluations and penetration tests.

Supporting sites to comply with cyber OT standards and implementing corrective actions.

Developing OT standards and procedures in line with overall Solvay Policies.

Designing and supporting the implementation of secure OT system architectures.

We offer a permanent contract based on a travel working mode (25% travel required).

About you

Relevant education degree or equivalent in cybersecurity or a related field.

Relevant work experience in industrial automation domains and industrial control systems (DCS, SCADA, PLC) and cybersecurity in OT environments.

Competencies:

Knowledge of network and host security technologies and products.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or IEC 62443.

Strong technical skills in cybersecurity risk assessments and vulnerability management.

Behaviors:

Willingness to train and mentor other team members.

Effective communication skills and strong customer orientation.
