**Job Summary**

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director to lead our Clinical Operations team in EMEA. As a key member of our Global Clinical Development team, you will be responsible for the growth, development, and management of our clinical operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects and programs within cost, time, and quality requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to gather information for project risk registers
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements
  • Develop and elevate the leadership skills of people managers within Global Clinical Operations through direct supervision and mentoring
  • Implement flexible operational strategies to meet custom client needs
  • Serve as a client leadership role as the EMEA Region Lead, providing oversight for the region
  • Develop and implement recruiting, hiring, and resourcing strategies for Clinical Operations

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in clinical operations management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects and programs
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and elevate the skills of others
  • Strong understanding of organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements
  • Ability to implement flexible operational strategies to meet custom client needs
