Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director Clinical Operations Management to join our team at Mygwork. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the clinical operations team in EMEA, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to gather information for project risk registers
  • Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements
  • Develop and implement the EMEA-specific clinical operations strategy to ensure optimum performance and achievement of annual plans and targets
  • Work effectively across multiple divisions to support the proposal process, including client presentations
  • Drive internal resourcing and partner with talent acquisition to ensure appropriate resource availability to meet client needs
  • Lead change initiatives within the clinical operations area and work with peers on the broader team
  • Act as a critical issue point of contact for clients and guide teams to identify and solve problems
  • Manage the overall budgeting activity of the group, including annual and long-range forecasting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or licensed certified healthcare training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated track record of success in clinical development (equivalent to 10 years) and leading and developing professional staff in a project-led environment
  • Proven experience developing and managing budgets and resources of a segment of the business
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Strong financial skills, knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective organizational and negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, and demonstration of ambiguity and agility
