About the Role

This is a senior leadership position within the Clinical Operations team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, responsible for managing and delivering FSP projects/programs in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to gather information for project risk registers.
  2. Maintain compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements.
  3. Develop and elevate the leadership skills of the People Manager team within Global Clinical Operations through direct supervision and mentoring.
  4. Implement flexible operational strategies to meet custom client needs.
  5. Provide oversight as the EMEA Region Lead, serving in a client leadership role.
  6. Develop and implement recruiting, hiring, and resourcing strategies for Clinical Operations FSP.
