Act Second LLC is in search of a seasoned and visionary Senior Manager of Marketing Strategy to spearhead our marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be tasked with crafting and executing holistic marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, fostering customer engagement, and driving business expansion. This senior position demands a profound grasp of marketing fundamentals, outstanding leadership capabilities, and a demonstrated history of strategic planning and implementation.

  • Strategic Development: Oversee the formulation and execution of extensive marketing strategies that resonate with corporate objectives and stimulate client growth. Pinpoint critical market opportunities and devise actionable plans to leverage them.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Cultivate, guide, and inspire a high-achieving marketing team. Promote a cooperative and innovative atmosphere, ensuring team members are engaged and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage the planning, execution, and refinement of marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and traditional marketing.
  • Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market analysis to remain informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences. Utilize insights to shape marketing strategies and uncover new opportunities.
  • Brand Management: Establish and uphold a robust brand identity, ensuring uniformity across all marketing materials and communications. Enhance brand positioning and cultivate brand loyalty through inventive marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Leverage data analytics to monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide consistent reports and insights to refine marketing strategies and inform business decisions.
  • Financial Oversight: Administer the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI). Track expenditures and modify strategies as necessary to remain within budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner with product, sales, and other departments to ensure marketing endeavors are synchronized with overarching business objectives. Propel integrated marketing initiatives and nurture a culture of collaboration and continuous enhancement.
  • Client Relations: Engage closely with Act Second clients to comprehend their business objectives and devise customized marketing strategies that yield results. Maintain robust client relationships and ensure elevated levels of client satisfaction.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Implement cutting-edge marketing techniques to ensure Act Second remains at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing strategy, including at least two years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies in a dynamic environment.
  • Native or proficient in English.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, as the majority of our clients are based in the US.
  • Experience with financial services, direct-to-consumer, and/or e-commerce brands is highly desirable.
