We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team, responsible for providing financial oversight and leadership to our businesses in the country. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing procedures to optimize results.
The Finance Manager will work closely with the General Manager and Business Areas to provide comprehensive financial and business support, ensuring compliance with international standards and local requirements. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with more than 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a multinational company. Experience with digital finance applications and familiarity with SAP accounting systems are considered a plus.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and corporate reporting
- Ensuring compliance with international standards and local requirements
- Coordinating day-to-day financial operations and cash-flow management
- Managing financial audits and implementing recommendations for improvement
- Leading the implementation of corporate procedures in the affiliate
- Establishing and maintaining internal controls and safeguards
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks
- Providing financial and business analysis to support commercial decisions
- Preparing financial outlooks and forecasts for decision-making
