About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Werfen. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial oversight and leadership to our businesses in the country, contributing to the optimization of results through analysis, procedure implementation, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with international standards and local requirements.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the financial department and manage cash-flow.
  • Lead the implementation of corporate procedures in the affiliate and manage financial audits.
  • Provide comprehensive and highly qualified financial and business support to the General Manager and Business Areas.

Requirements:

  • Strong financial management skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
