Job Summary

Adecco (Spain) is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement officer in managing procurement procedures, including strategy development, document preparation, and negotiation coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Support
    • Assist in the development of procurement strategies and plans
    • Prepare and publish procurement documents, including tender notices and evaluation reports
    • Coordinate with tenderers and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes
    • Evaluate tenders and negotiate contracts
  • Logistics and Administration
    • Prepare logistics for procurement and commercial meetings, including agendas and action items
    • Manage documentation and data in commercial tools and procurement procedures
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Update and contribute to internal documentation, including templates and processes
    • Prepare and submit commercial documentation related to contract implementation
    • Report on procurement activities and progress to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Education
    • University studies of at least three years, attested by a diploma or equivalent professional training or experience
  • Experience
    • Job-related proven experience of minimum 3 years, following education requirements
  • Skills
    • Good knowledge and experience of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
    • English language skills at B2 level or equivalent (according to the Common European Framework of References of Languages)
    • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships as part of a team
    • Good communication skills
    • Self-motivated and able to perform duties autonomously with speed and accuracy
    • Quantitative and analytical skills
    • Drafting skills (e.g., procurement documents, evaluation reports, negotiation mandates)
