We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Studio Build Specialist to join our team at RAW Igaming. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for the construction and maintenance of our live casino studios.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute construction plans for broadcast studios, focusing on truss rigging, acoustic walls, studio set/furniture and other hands-on tasks.
- Install and assemble truss systems, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure attachments.
- Rig lighting fixtures, cameras and mount audio equipment in accordance with design specifications.
- Install acoustic panels and sound-absorbing materials to enhance sound quality and isolation.
- Manage cables by organizing and routing them efficiently while maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Studio related maintenance, including studio equipment, UPS, etc.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate closely with the studio engineers to ensure efficient coordination and timely completion of tasks.
- Perform regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure efficient and cost-effective completion of studio builds.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Perform maintenance on the premises/office.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively for construction-related tasks.
- Demonstrate physical fitness and stamina to handle manual labor tasks, including heavy lifting and working at heights.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Be in possession of a valid working permit to work in the EU.
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
- Proven experience in a similar role in the iGaming or broadcasting industry.
- Strong knowledge of studio design and construction practices.
- Proficiency in using design and construction tools and software.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, ready to work alongside a dynamic team to create world-class gaming environments.
