About Your Future Team
In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Settlement Operations and work alongside a diverse and inclusive team.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include
- Processing bank transactions for Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and Cargo Accounts Settlement System (CASS) funds
- Conducting reconciliation activities, reviewing bank statements, and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing Hinge Account Reconciliations and ensuring their accuracy
- Generating both external and internal financial reports
- Updating operational user guides and promoting best practices
- Collaborating with Customer Service to address operational inquiries
- Completing additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager
We Would Like to Hear From You If You Have:
- 2-3 years of experience in finance or treasury
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Experience in the aviation sector is advantageous
- Key competencies include customer focus, adaptability, organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication
