- Collaborate with Design & Product teams to establish objectives and expectations.
- Follow up on user testing and research to gather insights.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify Frontend challenges.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to comprehend user requirements.
- Monitor KPIs reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Consolidate project reports to provide a unified view of status.
- Grasp technical concepts and communicate effectively with software engineers.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and coordination within the financial services sector.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate project components and strategies effectively.
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Intermediate software engineering technical knowledge to communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Solid understanding of the Agile framework with experience in Agile environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
