About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch cybersecurity solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Collaborate with our sales team to design and implement vendor solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage Bill of Materials: Utilize internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bills of materials on a timely basis to serve resellers and their customers.
  • Lead Request Manager Resolver Group: Take ownership of assigned Request Manager resolver groups and respond quickly to queries or customer care issues.
  • Communicate Technical Information: Effectively communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
  • Support Sales Teams: Work with sales teams to profile repeatable solutions for stock and inventory planning purposes.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Vendor Promotions: Understand and apply vendor promotions to drive business growth.
  • Maintain Technical Knowledge: Maintain peer-level technical contacts in assigned vendors and work towards the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology groups.
  • Support Business Solution Centre: Assist the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support sales activity and improve partner utilization rates.
  • Deliver Post-Sales Implementation Services: Opportunity to deliver basic post-sales implementation services.
  • Develop Product Knowledge: Develop product knowledge to a competent technical level in line with vendor/business expectations.
Requirements
  • Certified across single or multiple vendors
  • Professional and polished delivery of customer presentations
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, priority management, and planning skills
  • Good business skills and able to run professional meetings and business engagements
  • IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition, and End User is desirable but not mandatory depending on seniority of role
