Overview

Tatutrad S.L. is seeking a dedicated Spanish Language Reviewer to join our team of professionals. This position involves working closely with our translation group and requires a blend of skills in translation and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and review translation projects while fostering client relationships and ensuring service excellence.
  • Utilize our Translation Management System (TMS) to oversee projects from initiation to delivery, assisting team members in their project management tasks.
  • Assess resource needs, including linguists, budget, and timelines, to align with project goals and operational requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and uphold professional and ethical practices.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions to address any gaps.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as necessary.
  • Provide mentorship to Project Coordinators and Interns once familiar with our processes.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
  • Engage in business development initiatives and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Translation or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; proficiency in a third language, particularly French or Italian, is advantageous.
  • 2-5 years of translation experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment, with flexibility for both remote and onsite work.
  • Prior experience in a translation company is preferred.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in building and managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
