As the IWC Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences in our luxury retail environment. Your passion for networking and community building will be key in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Performance: Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs, maximizing business profitability.
  • Lead the Team: Successfully implement and achieve business growth in new retail channels.
  • Operations: Ensure compliance with company policy while improving the functioning of the boutique.
  • Client Experience: Demonstrate leadership by hosting clients and providing personalized service excellence.
  • Brand Presence: Establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the market through local events and community outreach.
