Job Summary

IE University is seeking a highly skilled Nurse to join its Medical Service team. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-level medical care to the university community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide health education and promote healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records and reporting.

Requirements

  • Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
