Job Summary:

Chad Management Group is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Sales to lead our New Development Communities in the GTA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales activities, managing a team of sales professionals, and working closely with our corporate marketing team to ensure effective brand articulation and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Sales Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Brand Articulation and Messaging: Work closely with our corporate marketing team to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all channels.
  • Industry Trends and Innovations: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations, and implement best practices to improve the value proposition of our portfolio.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Provide regular sales reports and present to Senior Management as required.
  • Professional Development: Be responsible for the professional development, performance evaluation, and talent management of a high-performing sales team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in business, real estate, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years in a professional sales leadership position in an active real estate market of New Development communities.
  • Skills: Exceptional oral and written presentation skills, ability to build high-performance teams, and experience in scaling business for growth.
