Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Sales Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Brand Articulation and Messaging: Work closely with our corporate marketing team to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all channels.
- Industry Trends and Innovations: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations, and implement best practices to improve the value proposition of our portfolio.
- Reporting and Presentations: Provide regular sales reports and present to Senior Management as required.
- Professional Development: Be responsible for the professional development, performance evaluation, and talent management of a high-performing sales team.
Requirements:
- Education: Undergraduate degree in business, real estate, or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years in a professional sales leadership position in an active real estate market of New Development communities.
- Skills: Exceptional oral and written presentation skills, ability to build high-performance teams, and experience in scaling business for growth.
