Paralegal Role Overview

The Paralegal IA&R EMEA provides critical support to CBRE's Investment Accounting & Reporting business across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role plays a key part in developing and sustaining legal risk management initiatives for IA&R across the region, while driving the Group's commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements to ensure seamless collaboration with external partners.
  • Assist the EMEA legal team in preparing contracts related to IA&R services, with a focus on Luxembourg, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate the execution of legal documents, including letters, NDAs, and agreements, to ensure timely completion.
  • Act as an archiving and filing coordinator, maintaining accurate storage of legal documents and organizing physical filing as needed.
  • Support the EMEA legal and onboarding team in tracking contracts and documenting all relevant information in the contract management tool.
  • Ensure that external lawyers hired by IA&R EMEA are properly logged in the Legal Tracker platform.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the EMEA legal team and initiate projects as instructed, identifying opportunities to enhance the legal team's efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of legal and corporate terminology.
  • Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in French a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Diligent and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
