About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Claims Handling team at Fqps. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in managing claims and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of claims, assessing liability and damages within authority limits.
- Resolve claims through negotiation and litigation, ensuring timely and professional service to clients.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Meet individual performance metrics, including financial and quality performance measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate complex information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
