About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Claims Handling team at DAC Beachcroft. As a Paralegal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers in delivering a high-quality claims handling service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist lawyers in handling claims arising from retail and consumer sector, including motor fleets and casualty claims.
  • Provide administrative support in preparing and reviewing documents, reports, and other materials.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify key legal arguments and apply relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to build trust and confidence.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate evidence and identify key legal arguments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong commercial sense, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges.
