- Optimize the strategic footprint and usage of our Microsoft infrastructure.
- Infrastructure and Operations Technology Design and Implementation:
- Design, architect, and implement scalable and resilient IT infrastructure solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
- Identify opportunities and implement technologies to improve efficiency, enhance business operations, and drive innovation.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all infrastructure components.
- Innovation and Technology Advancement:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the company's IT and OT infrastructure and services.
- Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and solutions to enhance IT capabilities and support business growth.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT Service Delivery and the global IT Team, including system administrators, network engineers, and cloud specialists.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the global IT team.
- Vendor Management and Partnerships:
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and service level agreements.
- Evaluate new products and solutions, conducting vendor assessments and negotiating contracts as needed.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure and data assets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- A minimum of 5 years improving and managing IT and OT Infrastructure in an outsourced environment.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or Azure certifications are highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of IT security principles, best practices, and compliance requirements.
