Global Customer Advocacy Senior Manager

Our ApproachWe foster connections with leading figures in the pharmaceutical and medical dermatology field, cultivating lasting relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Our team is instrumental in gaining insight into their viewpoints and championing their causes.
Key Responsibilities- KOL Engagement: Cultivate and sustain relationships with key influencers in the pharmaceutical field (KOLs, DOLs, ME). Engage in dialogue with KOLs to assimilate their insights and needs concerning patient care and therapeutic approaches.
- Advocacy and Influence: Represent the interests of KOLs within the company, ensuring their input is considered. Formulate strategic approaches for KOL involvement, encompassing advisory panels, scientific dialogues, and educational programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate intimately with various team sectors to harmonize KOL engagement strategies with the company's objectives.
- Supply KOLs with pertinent scientific data and bolster their participation in Almirall's projects.
- Ensure that all engagement activities comply with applicable ethical and legal regulations and policies.
- Maintain accurate and transparent records of all interactions and activities with medical experts.
- Lead and coordinate specific projects related to medical expert engagement, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
- Evaluate and report the results of these initiatives, proposing continuous improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences. Additional studies in Marketing or Business Administration will be considered an asset.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in a Scientific function, specifically in KOL advocacy or Scientific relationship management within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing customer-centric strategies, as well as managing high-profile KOL relationships.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with documented success in leading teams to success.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities and organizational acumen.
- Change management: ability to drive, implement and communicate change regarding a process.
- Proactive: Takes an active interest in the business objectives, has the courage to suggest new approaches and initiate new projects.
- Leadership & Accountability: you have the capacity to explain your actions and thought process, as well as the reasons why you decided to do something a certain way.
