Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Diamond Sales Expert to join our team in Madrid. As a trusted advisor, you'll play a crucial role in growing our engagement business and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your passion for building strong relationships and creating memorable experiences will shine through in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients, preparing personalized consultations and following up to close sales.
  • Act as an ambassador of the VRAI brand, assisting clients with jewelry selection, diamond education, and company policies.
  • Maintain a calendar of virtual and in-person appointments, manage your lead pipeline, and nurture/develop leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on clienteling, custom design projects, and product launches.
Requirements
  • E-commerce or retail sales experience with a proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment.
  • Diamond expertise and jewelry experience are strongly preferred, with certified gemologists from a reputable institution being a strong plus.
  • Independent, motivated, and well-organized with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, positive, patient, and people-person with technological savvy.
