Senior Content Strategist

As a key member of our Content Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content that enhances user experience across all digital touchpoints. Your focus will be on creating clear, concise, and engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives business success.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Write and edit high-quality content for websites, apps, emails, and other digital products, ensuring it meets user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research and collaborate with UX designers to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, informing content creation that enhances usability and accessibility.
- Work closely with our Content Studio and external agencies to prioritize content tasks and ensure timely delivery of content assets.
- Participate in design sprints, user testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve content based on user insights and analytics.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and discoverability of digital content, staying up-to-date with the latest trends in content strategy and SEO.
- Develop and maintain content guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Native or fluent English proficiency.
- Experience in eCommerce, digital products, or the consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or a similar role in a digital environment.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles and how content fits into the overall user journey.
- Knowledge of UX design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., Drupal) and analytics platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to create user-centered content.
