**Job Summary**

Altorecruit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales with existing customers and targeting new prospects for our plastics distribution business, specifically focusing on the Thermoplastics Products portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage sales in the territory to reach sales, gross profit, account number, penetration targets, and product goals.
  • Plan and execute a weekly sales itinerary to realize overall sales strategy.
  • Service existing accounts and coordinate the division's sale and delivery of products to meet customer needs.
  • Identify leads for new accounts and work with Sales Management to develop sales strategy.
  • Monitor competitive situations, including pricing, payment terms, shipment terms, and types of materials handled by competitors.
  • Communicate competitive situations to Commercial Manager and other relevant parties.
  • Fulfill responsible care sales activities safely, including personal and vehicular safety and product stewardship.
  • Develop and maintain a professional presence in the territory, including expanding product knowledge and enhancing sales management skills.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Fluent Polish and English skills, with other languages valued.
  • Minimum of 5 years of plastics distribution sales experience, preferably in polyolefin or related industry.
  • Well-versed in industrial commodity chemicals and capable of calling on all types and sizes of accounts.
  • Proven qualifications in self-motivation, enthusiasm, time management, and responsiveness.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with ability to work independently.
  • Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in SAP and/or Salesforce.com a plus.
  • Ability to negotiate and build effective relationships.
