Job Title: Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our team in Spain. As a Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Spain market by analyzing market conditions and providing valuable insights to our clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closely monitor the Spain real estate market, including data related to properties, leases, tenants, availabilities, developments, sales, and owners.
  • Develop expertise on the local economy, job and industry makeup, demographics, and local market company growth.
  • Communicate data excellence and insights via traditional reporting products and advanced data visualization tools.
  • Actively contribute to JLL's internal data management system and discover new creative uses for its content and visualization tools.
  • Publish quarterly market reports on property types in the Spain market.
  • Partner with brokerage leaders to contribute to business development efforts.
  • Contribute to client presentations by covering market intelligence, trends, and statistics.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Keep track and inform business leaders of local and national commercial real estate news.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, consulting, statistics, real estate, economic development, urban planning, or other related fields.
  • English advanced.
  • Real interest in real estate with a strong commitment to learning market dynamics.
  • Excellent Excel skills with PBI and/or Tableau skills a bonus.
  • GIS experience is a plus (MapIT, ArcGIS, etc.).
  • Strong quantitative skillset with ability to identify new insights and trends.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized and proactive approach.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time and workload.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.
