Research & Insight Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Research & Insight Analyst to join our team at We Are Social. As a Research & Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for independently managing research projects, assigning tasks to the executive line, and ensuring the quality of work.

You will play an advisory role, recommending the most suitable research solutions to clients and our internal teams. Additionally, you will carry out executive work without supervision, producing high-quality outputs that require minimal revision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement research methodologies and structures tailored to specific client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform-specific metrics and data, ensuring our clients receive the most accurate insights.
  • Mastery of analytical tools, including listening and performance tools, databases, and more.
  • Present complex findings to diverse audiences, effectively communicating insights and recommendations.
  • Develop compelling storytelling and narrative techniques to engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Communicate with clients and teams at various levels, ensuring seamless collaboration and project execution.
  • Support agency-wide pitches and upsell large opportunities, leveraging your research expertise to drive growth.
  • Design and guide ongoing and campaign reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Adapt research approaches and methodologies to suit diverse projects, driving growth and innovation within the team.
  • Stay current with the latest technology, methodology, and creative best practices, applying your knowledge to agency, client, and industry challenges.
  • Expert knowledge of social media and platforms, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance our work and client offerings.
  • Develop complex measurement frameworks, applying traditional quant research methodology to drive business impact.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Present effectiveness results to clients, grounded in actionable insights and recommendations for immediate and long-term impact.
