Contract Manager, Iberia Cluster

Biogen is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our Iberia Cluster team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and agreements with external stakeholders, providing guidance to all functions on contract-related matters, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, review, and negotiate agreements with external stakeholders, including clinical trial, healthcare-related agreements, commercial agreements, vendor and supplier agreements, and CDA.
- Coordinate with assistants and other Biogen affiliate and international teams in the contract management process.
- Collaborate with the Legal Corporate function to create, modify, and approve contract templates, master agreements, and local needs analysis.
- Own and maintain contracts and addendums database, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
- Communicate with vendors and/or service providers to resolve contract issues and provide guidance on contract and addendum.
- Act as a first point of contact for inquiries on contracts for commercial functions within the affiliate.
- Monitor and follow up on framework agreements signed, their renewal/extension/close-out, and creation of trainings for managers and employees on contract management.
- Law degree.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; preferred fluent in Portuguese.
- 6+ years of experience as an attorney (law firm or in-house).
- Strong experience in contracts.
