**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the transportation operations within our supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Monitor transport orders and raise advance notice with stakeholders if delays are expected.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure that orders are picked, packed, and ready for collection by our transporters.
  • Prepare and ensure the accuracy of shipping documents prior to shipments.
  • Support logistics reporting for CDC and UK Spoke, including root cause analysis and supporting documents.
  • Provide timely support for reject/return orders, ensuring that return forms and supporting documents are in order.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in logistics coordination/control tower operations and shipping document preparation.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
