**Your Future Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona). As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to industrial maintenance. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our industrial systems and machinery.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring that efficiency and safety objectives are met.
- Recruit, train, and manage maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative, efficient, and motivating work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop training and professional development plans for maintenance technicians.
- Manage the maintenance department budget, controlling costs and optimizing the use of resources.
- Evaluate and approve the purchase of equipment, spare parts, and supplies necessary for maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Implement and supervise safety and training programs for maintenance personnel.
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies and advanced technologies to optimize the performance of equipment and systems.
- Plan and coordinate major maintenance projects, including installation of new equipment and upgrades of existing systems.
- Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to ensure the correct execution of projects.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and component replacements.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of equipment, compliance with maintenance plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Negotiate and manage contracts with maintenance service and supply providers.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure quality and service standards are met.
**Requirements**
- Technical degree in industrial engineering, electromechanics, automation, or a related field.
