We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Coordinating and supervising maintenance activities and external contractors
- Planning and coordinating renovation, repair, and improvement projects
- Managing general services, including cleaning, security, and catering
- Ensuring compliance with safety, industrial safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Managing the budget of the facilities and general services department
- Conducting regular facility inspections to identify and solve potential problems
- Participating in the negotiation and renewal of contracts with suppliers
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in maintenance management and a passion for delivering exceptional results. If you have a technical degree or industrial engineering experience and a solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques, we encourage you to apply.
