Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading and managing global engineering projects to ensure the company's strategic expansion plan.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute and coordinate projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and scheduling of activities, including meetings and execution deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team in the preparation and monitoring of work plans and schedules.
- Communication: Ensure proper internal communication with the areas involved in the project.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including progress reports, technical documentation, and meeting records.
- Resource Management: Track the necessary resources for project execution.
- Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors to ensure progress according to project requirements.
- Risk Management: Participate in the identification and mitigation of project-related risks.
- Budgeting: Support in the preparation of budgets and control project costs, in collaboration with the controlling department.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (coordinating engineering projects - Desirable in the chemical or perfumery industry or related fields);
- Knowledge of project management tools;
- Microsoft 365 - Excel (compulsory);
- Availability to travel.
You will also need a University degree in Industrial Engineering or similar educational background, and proficiency in Spanish (Advanced/Native).What We Offer
