Position Overview
Oversee and direct international engineering projects to support the company's strategic growth objectives, managing team collaboration and project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating activities, meetings, and timelines.
- Collaborate on project plans and schedules with the team.
- Ensure effective internal communication with project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and meeting notes.
- Effectively manage project resources.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure project alignment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Support budgeting and cost management in partnership with the finance team.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (engineering project coordination - preferably in the chemical or fragrance sector);
- Proficiency in project management software;
- Tools: SQL - Qlik - Power BI (preferred);
- Microsoft 365 - Excel (mandatory);
- Willingness to travel.
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Language Proficiency:
- English: Advanced/Native;
- Spanish: Advanced/Native.
