Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Project Engineer to lead our engineering projects and ensure the company's strategic expansion plan is executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule activities, including meetings and execution deadlines, to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and monitor work plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure proper internal communication with areas involved in the project, facilitating seamless collaboration.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including progress reports, technical documentation, and meeting records.
- Track necessary resources for project execution, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors to ensure progress according to project requirements.
- Participate in the identification and mitigation of project-related risks, ensuring a proactive approach to challenges.
- Support in the preparation of budgets and control project costs, in collaboration with the controlling department.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, coordinating engineering projects, preferably in the chemical or perfumery industry or related fields.
- Knowledge of project management tools, including SQL, Qlik, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, and ability to work with other tools as needed.
- Availability to travel, as required.
