Product Manager, Email Marketing Infrastructure

What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and development of our email marketing infrastructure. This role will report to the Director of Product, MarTech and be the subject matter expert of core email systems.
Key Responsibilities- Be the subject matter expert regarding our email systems and data integrations.
- Own the email infrastructure development roadmap.
- Lead requirements gathering, ticket creation, and work prioritization.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication.
- Maintain updated documentation around all of our integrations.
- 4+ years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of product management and email marketing automation.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms (like Marketo or Eloqua).
- Experience with enterprise CRMs or CDPs (like SugarCRM, Salesforce or Lytics).
- Experience with data warehouses or databases (like Snowflake, MI SQL, Postgres, etc.).
- Understanding of integration tooling, APIs, and Kafka.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex, technical architectures to stakeholders.
